做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
