做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
