做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
