做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
