做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
