做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
