做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
