做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
