做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
