做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
