做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
