做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
