做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
