做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
