做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
