做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
