做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
