做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
