做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
