做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
