做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
