做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
