做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
