做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
