做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
