做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
