做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
