做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
