做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
