做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
