做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
