做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
