做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
