做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
