做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
