做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
