做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
