做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
