做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
