做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
