做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
