做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
