做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
