做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
