做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
