做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
