做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
