做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
