做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
