做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
